Per World Permissions doesnt work #1077

I have tested all and saw my permissions.yml and i dont know why It doesnt work. Bit only doesnt work with Residence, MobArena and DolphinSpleff, Please help. My permissions.yml is correct

Yup, I'm having the same problem here. I gave people - multiverse.portal.access.Castle to use the Castle portal from the Spawn world, but when they log in they are unable to do so unless i /pex reload. This is a very annoying bug, and I hope that it is resolved soon.
