PermissionsEx error - Githubissues

Hi when i setup permissions.yml file by copying from a rtf file and paste it into yml then whole plugin throws a error and then gives a huge link to github but url is to lage that i get when viewing url i get this from github

414 Request-URI Too Large

so you should fix so it create a .log file with error instead since it's impossible to use huge links at github so i need you to help us to solve this error since we cannot find what is the problem to the error :/

also here is a copy of the error that we get

Syntax error in your permissions file. Check it at http://yaml-online-parser.appspot.com

checked url you gave me but when i paste in premissions.yml for premissionsEx plugin i get this error

ERROR:

mapping values are not allowed here in "", line 69, column 16: inheritance: ^

whille with group manager file i have same inheritance line in it to but then site does not complain at all about it :/ so it's quite odd it complains about that line from premissions.yml and not from groups.yml :/

after messing around i got error away but now plugin just throws this message 20.07 11:23:34 [Server] INFO Server permissions file permissions.yml is empty, ignoring it but file isnt empty :/

That message isn't from PEX, it's a bukkit message for a different permissions.yml. You can ignore it.

well i did but permissionsEx file permissions.yml still wont work :/ so idk whats wrong :/ i got all syntax error away and still groups and so arent responding.

Well it looks like you don't have any users specified in your permissions file. That may be why nothing applies.

thats not it because group member: is set as Default: True so that means anyone who joins should have a rank as [Member] but thats not appearing at all so thats how i know the plugin is not working propertly

Well for the prefixes to work you need a chat plugin that supports PEX. Do the permissions work?

i got ChatManager.jar modifyworld.jar and premissionsEx.jar all of them came in the same .zip/.rar but weird thing is when we tried to assign group it couldn't find other groups anyway :/
