New package suggestion: Thorium #315

It would be nice to have an ebuild for "The fastest browser on Earth" Thorium. We already have an ebuild of ungoogled-chromium, so I figured it would be easy to write one.

Could be. But it is not a priority since I barely have time to update ungoogled alone.
