• Long Distance Wiring quest in Roar of the Machines counts up how many times you do each recipe; as a result you actually need to make 1 wooden post, 128 MV wire connectors, and 64 MV wire coils to actually complete the quest, and every player has to do that separately as it's the crafting event itself that generates progress
• Suggestion: for the Sulfuric Acid and First Bucket of Oil quests, allow alternate containers containing the fluid instead of specifically Forestry cans for oil and IC2 cells for sulfuric acid
• Suggestion: The Advanced Rocketry quest progression didn't seem to match what we found useful immediately. It may be worth it to take a look and see whether some quests should be concurrently available instead of pathed when there's no necessity for one particular machine to be made before another
• Suggestion: Change the reward (and probably name) of the Please Read the FTBU Manual quest to something potentially useful at or near the level you're turning it in. The only use for Diamond Block Shards is a magic lantern that uses silver, glass, and dark iron (so tier 6 metal), so it kind of sits around since the required item to complete is 32 stick

The first issue has been resolved in my HQM tweaks.

For the second due to the way HQM works you cannot have a quest be completed based on getting 1 of a multitude of items, meaning unless there is an oredictionary definition that several things are the same, then you can only have one storage method for fulfilling a quest. Plus IC2 fluid cells are universal.

No comment on the third one.

For the fourth one I think the quest is fine and I moved it into the first page of the HQM quest book in my modifications. Its not supposed to be directly useful to you necessarily, but rather a thing that has to exist because otherwise finding resources for the game can be hard. It's also a quest that doesn't have a specific time you should complete it.
