Error while running the AOTExport2012_Direct class #5

I have followed the instructions to install and deploy Dynamics Perf (Step 2 from https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/axinthefield/dynamicsperf-2-10-installation-for-dynamics-365-local-business-data-on-prem-dynamics-ax/).

However, when I run the class, I get the following error:

I ran a full XPP compilation followed by a full CIL, but still the same error.

Any thoughts?
