[x] Consider increasing Hub Biomass Burners to something like 20.049MW so that it still shows as 20.0 but actually allows room for buffers
[ ] Refactor building event functions as much as possible to use a map of building name to callback, to avoid checking entity validity in every single one
[ ] Investigate the possibility of spawning item request entities on top of ghosts so that robots can build factory buildings. Robots could even be made part of "Leading-edge production" as a new type of drone that follows you around and builds stuff.
