I want to implement EMail notification for downstream API for kong manager.
It means If a downstream API is down then it should trigger an email to the API owner.
CAn Anyonehelp me on this?HOw can I achieve this in KONG?

Kong version = v3.3.0
Kong Dashboard version = 3.3..0(Kong Dashboard versions before 3.0.0 aren't supported anymore)
Node version = v0.13.1
Npm version = 6.4.6

I cant see any email configuration if downstream apis are down
Expected behavior
It should trigger an email if API is down/unhealthy API
