allow to select '1 day' in show_failures.pl's "days" filter #4

Hi,

When looking at whether I broke something when backpatching, it's often inconvenient to see the failures of the last few days as well. Commonly, during the week at least, I only want to see the failures that occurred in the last 24h, as I'll have seen the others already. I can do that by changing the URL parameter, but it'd be nice to be able to change it in the selector.

Btw, it might be worthwhile to add a server-side maximum for the max_days filter - right now one can easily cause a fair bit of load by passing something very high. Or just add a query timeout.

I did this but left the default at 3.
