Better respawning screen

I was thinking of adding an option to allow players who are respawning to spectate their teammates. Basically, it would force the respawning player into spectator mode and make them spectate another player. When they right/left click, it would cycle through their alive teammates. Because right/left click will be used to cycle, the player will automatically respawn, rather than having to click to respawn. Also, if you are spectating a player, and that player dies, it will automatically cycle you to the next player. If there are no available players, you will sit like normal until you respawn. This would be a really good change for KoTF, where when you die you end up sitting still forever until your team drops the flag. Any thoughts before I start?

IMO this makes sense, but there are a few things you have to keep in mind:

• This makes little to no sense for maps with default respawns (of like 2 seconds)
• The <respawn> tag currently has some options already, like spectate="true", blackout="true" and auto="true", you'll need to see how they all interact with eachother (as well as adding a new one for this)
• Legacy (1.7) players do not have spectator mode available, you'll have to double-check that they don't get weird behaviour from this
