More Information Page - Layout #130

Change the layout of the More Information Page by:

[x] Move the disclaimer on the image to under it
[x] Fix padding inconsistencies (especially at the top of the header)
[x] Make the image bigger to take up more space
[x] Move the social handles underneath all the text
