Some small fixes in index.md file.

  1. Make sure the changes will look like you'd expect using this: https://registry.terraform.io/tools/doc-preview. The formatting in Terraform registry isn't just like any other MD viewer.
  2. This file is generated from a template. You should make changes in the template instead and run go generate ./... to test it.
