Import GWAS Catalog Cohort information #381

Cohort information is now exposed on the GWAS Catalog's API. See UKB example (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gwas/rest/api/studies/GCST009979). We should explore how to import this data into our DB when no cohort information is available in our template.
