It would probably be good to create a new release.  Even though not many 
changes were made, two of the bugs that were fixed were pretty major (the 
Overlord one and the Baneling one).

We should wait a couple days to see if Zil gets back to us with any changes he 
wants to make to the French translation (issue 187).  Then, we can include it 
in this release.

I instant-messaged Lomilar.  He's been very busy with work, but he'll get the 
next version out as soon as he can.  I just committed Zil's translation.  It 
looked pretty complete.  If he comes back with any changes, I will commit them.
