Suggestion: Minimum Mineral/Gas ending count #210

Sometimes I'd like to create a build and end with atleast a certain amount of 
minerals/gas (ex. setting up for transition)

This seems like it would be pretty easy to add and it would greatly increase 
it's versatility.
