My brain took a while to decipher the PDCP and gcpop. Changed PDCP to PHDCP and added GCP Operations in front of first email instance.

Just suggestions and will totally not be offended if these changes are rejected!

Hey thank you for the PR. unfortunately changes made to this repository do not get reflected in the wiki. The github wiki has its own hidden git repo in github. This repo is down stream from that hidden repo :(

Could you make the changes directly to the wiki article in question.
