As a developer, I want to develop a UI for the Data Governance Gateway, which allow data management users from both PT and F working together to configure:
the extraction control on what part of the EHRs allowed by the PT to be streamed into the PT Analytics Platform for further analysis. These data are not allowed to be streamed directly to the Federal Analytics Platform. The EHRs are encapsulated by the FHIR R4 data standards, the extraction is to provide stream-like data from provided cvs files, thus the task of the UI is to provide a interpretation how to pick up fields/properties from EHR FHIR Resources and populate the streaming events. It is important to explain the ability of control rather than exercise the control (since that is already done when picking up data from the pre-generated cvs files.)
the access control on which Federated Analytics Requests (FAR) can be performed and what part of returning data must be treated with data governance rules. This is done by a component of the Data Governance Gateway - the Access Control Gateway and its micro services:
Instead of analyzing the content of a Federated Analytics Request (which later can be a query in natural language), currently Federated Analytics Requests are predefined parametrizable queries. This means the task of the micro service (f-to-pt) of the Access Control Gateway is simplified - to control the type of the query, its parameters, and the authenticity of senders and receivers.
The responses provided to a Federated Analytics Request is based on the agreement of F and PT, thus, the task allow a number of streaming events to be aggregated, filtered, transformed from the existing data streams according to the queries. The newly formed response events shall be inspected, certain predefined fields are to be processed: reduced (in information capacity), hash (to provide a irreversible unique identifier for a protected field), or block (replaced with restricted or similar content - to highlight that there is such information but it is restricted.)
