As a developer, I want to make the Federated Analytics Queries (requests/responses) to be ephemeral:

at FAP:
- (FAR) requests: until read, transform, and delivered to PAP by ACG
at PAP:
- (FAR) requests: until read by Neo4j
- (FAS) responses: until read, transform, and delivered to FAP by ACG
at FAP:
- (FAS) responses: until read by Neo4j
