(bar2vtk) Print out the vtkpytools version when running. #67

As bar2vtk will import whichever version of vtkpytools it finds first, it can be misleading/confusing when trying to work with a custom version of vtkpytools. This would at least give some information to the user to verify that they're using the correct version of vtkpytools.
