Cf calculation used wrong definition for du/dn
Calculation of du/dn now done in calcWallShearGradient

Derivation of the (new) method for calculating wall shear gradient is found at my website.

Comparison of the new results to the existing Matlab post-processing scripts:

Data is taken over the truncated bump case for the HexV2 mesh. Thus the wall normal varies continuously, but the vtk results are still nearly exactly the same.
