Don't show 'Annotation extension term' in Advanced Search #104

In the Advanced Search page, there is an option for 'Annotation extension term' that was meant to search based on the values of annotation extensions.

This search option currently doesn't do anything, and in issue #94 we decided that this search option probably won't be useful for most users of PHI-base 5.

So, we want to hide (or remove) this search option until the users of PHI-base 5 request it.
