Rename 'PHI ID' column heading to 'PHIG ID' #108

The 'PHI ID' column heading needs to be renamed to 'PHIG ID' since the column contains PHI-base gene identifiers, rather than the legacy PHI-base interaction identifiers from PHI-base 4.

This needs to be changed in the Entry Summary:

And in the Pathogen and Host sections:
