Remove list of researchers from About page #109

On the About page, in the Funding Sources section, there is a list of researchers that have previously written letters of support for PHI-base. This list is outdated and relates to funding sources that we're not including on this page.

We want to remove the text that starts with the 'United Kingdom' subheading and ends at the bottom of the section.

Do not remove any of the text from the paragraph above, meaning the paragraph starting with 'Several specific improvements to PHI-base…'

The image below illustrates only the text that should be removed. Note that the names are blurred out.
