Add statistics for first release to Release page #113

Before we go live with the website, we will need to decide what statistics and content we want to display on the Release page of the website for the first release of PHI-base 5.

I expect this will follow a similar format to the release notes for PHI-base 4, except with additional or modified counts for the changes caused by the PHI-Canto schema.

@martin2urban We can discuss this in detail in our next PHI-base meeting.

I've added the text for the release page now. There's a bug with the markdown display where tables aren't being rendered, but I'll open a new issue for that.
