Remove 'Number of author-curated papers' section from Curation page #114

On the Curation page of the PHI-base 5 website, there's a section titled 'Number of author-curated papers' which currently has no information besides placeholder text.

In issue #110 we decided to remove this section since we don't have any author-curated papers to include here yet and it would be better to include these statistics on the Release page instead.
