Link to PHI-base dataset DOI from Downloads page #115

We previously agreed that the Downloads page on the website should link to a full download of the database hosted in an external data repository.

I've now reserved a DOI on the Zenodo repository which will link to a download of the PHI-base 5.0 dataset once the dataset is uploaded to Zenodo.

Here's the DOI:

https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10722193

The 'Continue' button on the Downloads page should be changed so that it redirects the user to the above DOI when clicked, instead of downloading an incomplete spreadsheet as it currently does.

Note that the link will not resolve to the correct URL until the dataset is uploaded to Zenodo. We'll need to check that the link works once that's done.
