Update revision date in website footer #120

The current website version has an outdated revision date in the footer:

I'm not sure whether this is meant to display the date that the website was last edited, or the date of the last data release. For now, I'll go with the date of the last data release, so the revised text should be:

Version: 5.0 Last revision: 28 March 2024

Note that we want the date to appear in the above format (not 23/03/2024), to reduce the risk of confusion for countries with a different date order.

This section was already editable with Strapi, and I've updated it now.
