Update copyright notice in website footer #121

The copyright notice in the website footer needs to be updated, since it's two years out of date:

Presumably since the website is now on our servers, and the source code is planned to be transferred to our organisation, the copyright should transfer to us. If this is the case, then the text should be updated to the following:

Sorry for the last minute change in requirements, but it was just requested that the copyright be assigned to Rothamsted Research instead of PHI-base. I've updated the original comment.

Turns out this section was already editable with Strapi. I've updated it now.
