'How to cite us' link doesn't provide clear information #29

There's a 'How to cite us' link in the PHI-base Data section of the homepage.

This links to the About page, but this page doesn't make it obvious how to cite PHI-base. There's a citation for the latest PHI-base NAR publication in the 'Publications on PHI-base' section', but that isn't expanded by default.

I think it would be better to include instructions on which paper to cite in the 'Description of PHI-base' section above. For example:

We decided that we would just include a DOI for the latest PHI-base publication on the homepage: the same as with PHI-base 4.
