No term label displayed for some PHIPO terms #33

The gene page for PSTG_12806 of Puccinia striiformis (PHIG:341) is missing a term label in the PHI Phenotype section, for the PHIPO term PHIPO:0001231. All that is shown is a hyphen.

The expected term label is 'host RNA involved in a pathogen interaction present' (see here).

I've also noticed that labels are missing from the following terms:

Given that the term ID numbers for all of these terms seem to be in the high numbers, it's possible that the PHI-base 5 UI is loading its term labels from an outdated version of PHIPO. All of the above terms are in the version of the ontology linked to by PHIPO's persistent URL (purl.obolibrary.org/obo/phipo.owl).

Could you please point us to latest OBO file for PHIPO ontology if available.

@Molecular-Connections you can get the latest release of the OBO file from PHIPO's persistent URL:

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/phipo.obo

If you notice any problems with this file (e.g. missing terms), please let us know and we can make a new release.

There is also a persistent URL for the PHIPO OWL file:

http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/phipo.owl

I've confirmed that the term labels are fixed for all of the terms listed above.
