Typo in URL of Curation page #38

The URL for the 'Curation' page has a typo: 'bio-curation' is spelled 'bio-curration' (with an extra R).

It's also more conventional for 'bio-curation' to be formatted as 'biocuration' with no hyphen. So I'd suggest the URL path be changed to the following:

/phibase-v3/#/biocuration
