We will have a link to GO in two places. I assume it will be available under 'ontologies' and also above in the 'external resources' option. PHI-Canto uses information from GO and NCBI so perhaps it is useful to have two links to these resources.
Off topic for this ticket, but do we also provide a link to UniProt under 'external resources'?

That's a bit different since we have a dedicated page section for ontologies, which you can see here: https://poc.molecularconnections.com/phibase-v3/#/ontologies
But the 'Taxonomies' link is just a link to the NCBI Taxonomy homepage.

Yes, it's here:
Perhaps we could also include NCBI Taxonomy at the bottom of the ontology page?
The Taxonomies link has been removed from the sidebar (as agreed), but the NCBI Taxonomy link is now missing from the drop-down menu under External resources. The link should be added back in to this menu, as in the image below:
NCBI taxonomy has been added to the submenu list .
NCBI Taxonomy has been added to the sub menu .
Thanks, confirmed as fixed.
The sidebar on the PHI-base 5 homepage has a 'Taxonomies' link that links to the NCBI Taxonomy homepage:
However, NCBI Taxonomy is already linked to in the 'External resources' drop-down menu:
I don't think that the NCBI Taxonomy is any more important than any of the other listed resources, so it doesn't seem reasonable to have it as a dedicated sidebar item.
@CuzickA @martin2urban should we remove the 'Taxonomies' link from the sidebar?
