Use latest NAR DOI in 'How to cite us' on homepage #43

The homepage of the PHI-base 5 website has a 'How to cite us' section with a DOI that points to an older publication in Nucleic Acids Research:

We want to use the DOI for the latest publication (2022), which is shown below:

https://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkab1037

Meaning the text would be updated as follows:

How to cite us: Urban, M. et al (2022). NAR doi: 10.1093/nar/gkab1037

We are implementing the headless way of updating the cite us block as it might change in future .
