Add 'High level term' filter to the Advanced Search page #64

Currently, it is difficult for users to query for genes with high level terms (e.g. reduced virulence) because these terms are curated in different ways.

For example, the 'Effector' high level term is a GO Biological Process annotation, the chemistry terms are curated with Pathogen Phenotypes and Host Phenotypes, and most other terms are curated using annotation extensions.

It would be ideal if the Advanced Search page had an additional field solely for querying high level terms. Here's a mockup of what it would look like:

@CuzickA Can you confirm if the following list of high level terms is complete with regards to PHI-Canto, or are there any I've missed?

There might be some more terms in the infective ability phenotype branch that I've missed.

There is now a search field for High level terms. The drop-down only lists the terms that are currently available in the database, rather than the complete list of terms above, but that's not a problem assuming that the drop-down will be updated when any new high level terms are loaded.

Closing now.
