No posters and presentations for years 2018 and 2020

The About page has a section called 'Presentations and Posters on PHI-base' which is meant to show a yearly listing of posters and presentations. However, there are no posters or presentations for the years 2018 and 2020, so a 'Content not received' placeholder is currently being shown instead.

This placeholder won't be appropriate once the site is released to the public, so if we have no posters or presentations for these years, then the sections for those years should simply be removed.

@Molecular-Connections Here's a mockup of what the section should look like with the 2018 and 2020 sections removed.

Note that it would be clearer if each poster or presentation were in separate <li> elements (currently they are separated with <br> elements).
