There is inconsistent formatting in the pop-up that shows when a metagenotype name is moused over. Here's an example from PHIG:277.
The allele type (Type) should not be enclosed in brackets: "(amino_acid_mutation)" should be "amino acid mutation". Ideally, the underscores should also be replaced with spaces, but this is less important.
The gene expression level (Expression) should not be enclosed in square brackets: "[Not assayed]" should be "Not assayed".
The pathogen species name is also missing from the example above, but that's probably because of the bug in issue #69.
(Note that this formatting should only apply to the text in pop-up and not to the full metagenotype display name shown in the gene page sections. The brackets are necessary in the full display name to separate the allele type and expression from other information, like the allele name and species name.)
