Locate annotations using abolished or absence terms #80

Closed jseager7 closed 3 years ago

jseager7 commented 4 years ago

@CuzickA requested information on how and where terms containing 'abolished' or 'absent' / 'absence' have been used in existing curation sessions. It would also help to have these annotations categorised by whether they are gene-for-gene experiments or not. I should be able to infer which annotations are gene-for-gene by use of the gene_for_gene_interaction annotation extension.

I'll upload the information here when I'm done.

@CuzickA See below for an archive containing CSV and Excel versions of the results of the query. I've included the session ID, term label, and a label for whether or not the annotation has gene_for_gene_interaction annotation extension or not. Note that the Excel version has hyperlinks to the relevant sessions.

Feel free to close this issue if you don't need anything else.

Edit: the file above only contained approved sessions. I've uploaded another archive (below) that contains results for all curation sessions.
