It would be useful to be able to use these same 'timing' condition terms for pathogen in vitro assays and pathogen-host interaction assays.

Suggest change defs from 'Host organisms were inoculated with a pathogen or pathogen derived construct and observed at X days post inoculation'. to 'Media or host organisms were inoculated with a pathogen or pathogen derived construct and observed at X days post inoculation'.

Required for https://github.com/PHI-base/curation/issues/33

Also required for https://github.com/PHI-base/curation/issues/101

To look at doing this next for image

Also it would be useful to have 'X day old' etc terms. Some expt are looking at phenotype for mutant host only or transgenic host (pathogen gene expressed in host) with '+ wild type pathogen inoculation' and need to capture plant age, followed by dpi timing eg #https://github.com/PHI-base/curation/issues/89

I've followed this up and it looks like it has already been dealt with. Current terms in PHI-ECO
