@ValWood please could you check above definitions are ok? thanks

Actually, I have just found a note that the def should include 'decreased size of individual hypha' maybe these defs would be better
A single species cellular process phenotype in which the size of an individual hypha is decreased.
A single species cellular process phenotype in which the growth of individual hypha is abolished.
Agreed, I still think you could add the "hyphal growth" term too now that we know it's a single individual. but you can leave that for now and just get what we already discussed.
in FYPO cell part sizes seem to de described a "physical cellular phenotype " rather than "morphology" (follow FYPO design patterns where possible)

This comment doesn't make sense. Size is one aspect of morphology (shape is the other one that we use in FYPO), which in turn is one type of physical quality, i.e.:
There are some cellular components for which we haven't added the full set (phys/morph/size) but wherever we have two or three, they're organized as shown (e.g. compare/contrast terms for nucleus vs. P-body).
Ah right. I was looking at the term peroxisome size which has the is_a parents normal subcellular component during vegetative growth then cellular physical quality phenotype during vegetative growth
so I didn't realise morphology was a descendent of "cellular physical quality...."
see #288
Edit def 8896423 abolished hyphal growth from A single species cellular process phenotype in which hyphal growth is abolished (it was present and is now absent). to An individual species growth phenotype in which the growth of an individual hypha is is abolished (it was present and is now absent).
Edit def 08c12b1 decreased hyphal growth from A single species cellular process phenotype in which hyphal growth is decreased. to An individual species growth phenotype in which the growth of an individual hypha is decreased.
