Obsolete terms from PHIPO that are now in PHIPO_EXT #300

@ValWood can you think of any reason to keep these terms in PHIPO? They are now available in PHIPO_EXT for the Gene-for-Gene AE.

In that case it seems that they aren't required in PHIPO.
