For https://github.com/PHI-base/curation/issues/37

Pathogen modulation of host process phenotype --NEW pathogen modulation of host metabolic process phenotype ---NEW pathogen modulation of chitin hydrolysis by host present (with appropriate PAMPdecoy narrow synonym) (with some 1128 effector-mediated suppression of PTI in addition to other parents)

The new increased phosphorylation blah term also needs to be a descendant of NEW pathogen modulation of host metabolic process phenotype

@ValWood please could you check the def and synonym below image

ValWood commented 3 years ago

Looks right.

I think the synonym will need to be related though because PAMP receptor decoys may work in other ways?

CuzickA commented 3 years ago

okay, thanks @ValWood

How does this look now image

ValWood commented 3 years ago

l think the increased protein phsphorylation involved in host PTI (MAPK) at the top should be a descendant of pathogen modulation of host metabolic process phenotype.

Otherwise looks good.

CuzickA commented 3 years ago

Thanks.

Note to self: move MAPK term

CuzickA commented 3 years ago

Move PHIPO:0001245 increased protein phsphorylation involved in host PTI (MAPK) b3189ec incorrect move!

Try again 5822216

Now looks like this
