Might be more readable and explicit if

e.g. label "level of pathogen substance within host phenotype" -> level of pathogen produced substance within host phenotype label "level of pathogen toxin within host phenotype -> level of pathogen produced toxin within host etc.

I have made the changes to the two suggested terms above a760651

@ValWood should i also change all the other terms in this branch to be "pathogen produced blah..."

I don't think we need to do this for "pathogen RNA" or "pathogen protein" or their children. These must. be pathogen produced.

However, I think it would be much clearer for "decreased level of pathogen toxin within host". -> "decreased level of pathogen produced toxin within host"

because it isn't immediately clear if the host is producing a substance which is a toxin to the pathogen (well it might be clear but I think we should make it completely unambiguous).

Once an actual substance is mentioned it probably isn't necessary to say "pathogen produced", it's a bit more obvious.

Thanks, that makes sense. I'll change the two terms below next time "decreased / increased level of pathogen toxin within host". -> "decreased / increased level of pathogen produced toxin within host"
