Edit normal / abnormal host morphology during pathogen invasion terms #366

I'm finding these confusing. What do we mean by 'normal'? Are these terms indicating that the host is the same as a WT uninoculated host or that the host has changed in response to a WT pathogen in the expected/normal way?

Suggest terms are made clearer with presence / absence

See https://github.com/PHI-base/curation/issues/102 for example annotations Also #350 may be useful

Looking at this again and reading through the definitions of existing terms it looks like normal host = same as WT uninoculated host abnormal host = alteration compared to WT uninoculated host

NOT what is normal for expected/normal outcome of the infection.

I will leave these terms as they are for now and go ahead and make the new required child term 'abnormal host morphology during pathogen phagocytosis' with synonym 'irregular host morphology during pathogen phagocytosis'
