Slow Magento backend #3

we did install Varnish and Turpentine on our server. We use the latest 1.8 Magento. The frontend is working gr8 after 1 day of running but we do have big problems in our Magento backend.

Slow admin pages
Slow product saving (up to 1 min) before it was 5 sec.

Any Idea what can be wrong? Thanks

This module is not related to the Turpentine.
