Update repo references #158

Proposed Changes

Now the repo has moved to the PHPCSStandards organisation and the package has been renamed from phpcodesniffer-composer-installer to composer-installer, all direct links and references to the repo need to be updated.

I just noticed the LICENSE.md file will also need to be amended.

Oopsie.. Thanks for catching those @Potherca ! Fixed now.

Looks like auto-merge is "confused" as the branch protection settings had to be updated before the checks could pass. Will disengage and reengage it now.
