Most preferences and biographical information can be pulled from the forums (see Issue #6), however some main site preferences should be displayed on the main site itself.
Some of the items to include:
Real name (to show under the "Author" attribute of entities)
Items per page (how many items to show under the entity listings)
Notification of comments via email (or forums?)
This should be shown as a single form on the main site. We can integrate it closer with the forums at a later point.
