Doesn't execute the jasper file

jasperstarter process "\file.jasper" -o "\storage" -f pdf

I think the library doesn't execute the file therefore It can't create pdf

I'm using laravel 7, php 7, java is installed

I found solution, you have an error in your wiki or it works different with me
