Vagrantfile configurations #8

Adds Vagrant configs to standardize the development environment. The Vagrant files is based on Vaprobash and contains:

The default public folder on vm is /vagrant, the ip is 192.168.22.1 and the http host is pseudo-orm.local

Vagrant plug-ins needed:

Por enquanto esse é o esqueleto. Eu não consegui testar ainda, amanhã farei isso e adcionarei no readme do projeto.

Acho que da pra esperar até amanhã para fazer o merge quando eu concluir os testes... =D

Aparentemente tudo funcionando. Basta criar o banco e inserir a tabela no banco. =D
