Not able to open certain xlsx file #524

I have attached an xlsx file that I cannot open. It gives the message "You tried to set a sheet active by the out of bounds index: 0. The actual number of sheets is 0."

Using PHPExcel version 1.8.0 and 1.7.6 - same problem. The file will open with LibreOffice.

how to fix it. i using 1.8.0
