Cannot edit my proposals #16

Every time we try to change a proposal, the application says it is not mine and doesn't let me even see it.

Fixed. The error was generated because of the use of "named" param ... the named param was used, but the controller code didn't reflect that change made in the view. Now it should be working just fine.
