Delete users with email verification pending after X days #1008

I would like to have a configuration option to delete users automatically when the email verification still pending after "X" days. "X" should be configurable ( 1 - 365 ).

We implemented this improvement in phpFox v4.8.6. Setting "How Many Days To Delete Pending Verification Account After Registration?" will control this.
